Freddie was the fiancé of Prudence. He was a teenager, like Prudence, however he was a naive "skateboard punk". Freddie was portrayed by Noel Fisher.

He and Prudence, after staying with Charlie, got engaged and planned to hop a plane to Vegas to get married.
However, Berta came and got Prudence out, leaving Freddie with Charlie. After Prudence leaves, Freddie looks at the Harper family before saying he will take the couch but he is promptly kicked out by Charlie.
