Meagen Fay (born in 1957) is an American actress. She starred in early '90s series Carol & Company, The Home Court, and Tales of the City, as well as appearing in Magnolia (1999). In Two and a Half Men, she played the role of Martha, Chelsea's mother, in seasons 6 and 7.
