History with Alan[]
She appeared in the episode "Principal Gallagher's Lesbian Lover". After Jake harassed her daughter by drawing a caricature of Barbara with macromastia, he was punished and Alan had to go to Jake's school to talk with principal Gallagher. When Alan was waiting, arrived Barbara's mother, who also had to talk with principal Gallagher. Alan noted quickly that she was her mother for its "resemblance" after removing her coat. He was all the time trying to seem sympathetic but he was always distracted by her breasts that are naturally the size of grapefruits.
Personality[]
Mindy is at first seen as polite and motherly, but becomes argumentative and irritable whenever it comes to the sexual harassment of own breasts that she shows pride and confidence in to the point where she displays her cleavage. The nervous Alan tried to come off to her as sympathetic and fatherly, but to her mind she sees him as shallow and harassing, no different than his son Jake. When up-close to Mindy, she makes eye-contact at all times just to make sure the eyes of the person she is talking to doesn't wander off to her bust area.
