Norma Seabury was a woman who Alan Harper dated in "Madame and Her Special Friend". She is portrayed by the late Cloris Leachman.

She appeared in the episode "Madame and Her Special Friend" as a rich neighbour from Charlie. They seem to have a strained rapport. Alan meets Norma when her driveway is blocked by one of Charlie’s girlfriends and she’s running late for a hairdresser appointment. Alan drives her and they seem to like each other. They go to a charity event the following Saturday together, where Norma offers Alan a deal: she will open a clinic with his name in exchange for sex. Alan hesitates, but allowed himself to be duped by a Rolex watch that she gifted.
Eventually, their deal was off when Norma had cardiac arrest and died during lovemaking. Alan confessed to Charlie that her last words were "I want my watch back". Apparently, Norma was a good lover as Alan remarked “she knew stuff”.
Charlie later admitted to Alan of having sex with her as well, which was how he got his piano. The reason she didn't like him was because it was a one-off, as Charlie said he “needed only one piano”. Charlie agreed with Alan nevertheless: Norma did indeed “know stuff”.
