Norma Seabury was a woman who Alan Harper dated in "Madame and Her Special Friend". She is portrayed by the late Cloris Leachman.

She appeared in the episode "Madame and Her Special Friend" as a rich woman, neighbor of Charlie that was hateful of him. She dated Alan because one of Charlie's girlfriends parked her car in front of her driveway and she had to go to an appointment with the hairdresser. Alan offers to take her and they go on a couple of dates. Norma proposed to open a clinic with his name and that for a change, could have sex. Alan wanted to say no, but allowed himself to be duped by a Rolex watch that she gifted.
Finally he was left without the building because while there were "doing" it, Norma had cardiac arrest and died. Alan confessed that her last words were "I want my watch back".
Charlie later admitted to his brother of having sex with her as well, which was how he got his piano and the reason she didn't like him was because he never came back to her. Charlie also confessed to enjoying the sex and agreed with his brother about her knowing stuff.
