Not In My Mouth ! is the 17th episode of Season 9. It aired on February 20, 2012.
Plot [ ] The episode starts with Walden and Zoey on Walden's private jet flying from San Francisco since they went there for fried clams. There's some heavy air turbulence and in a moment of desperation Walden tells Zoey he loves her and doesn't get a response as she says she doesn't want to die. Walden comes home and after talking to Alan and Lyndsey decides to go and get an "I love you" from Zoey. However when he gets to Zoey's apartment she has to get to the airport and doesn't have time to say it. Alan thinks Lyndsey has a drinking problem which she calls which loosens her up as she vomits all over his bathroom, which ends with him cleaning it. Walden becomes upset and tries to hook up with Zoey's Neighbor Jennifer. When they get home Zoey calls and she catches Walden with Jennifer. Walden then flies to London with Alan and Lyndsey to beg for Zoey's forgiveness as Lyndsey gets drunk and throws up on Alan and Walden as when they get to the hotel Zoey is staying and she tells Walden she loves him and make up. Alan then tells Lyndsey he loves her and they make up, but Lyndsey vomits in his mouth.
Meanwhile, Jake starts flirting with Jennifer whom Walden abandoned when he went to London. At some point in the evening, Jake manages to have sex with her and brags to Eldridge about it. Though he claims to have orgasm-ed 5 times in half an hour, Jennifer is seen standing on the deck half-naked (clad in only a T-shirt and her panties) smoking a cigarette, seemingly pleased with her encounter with Jake.

Evelyn and Judith do not appear in this episode.
Some fans are repulsed by Jake’s subplot in this episode as it appears to glorify statutory rape. Jake was still a minor at this point, age 17, yet he’s portrayed as having had sex with a grown woman due to lying about his real age.
