Patton Oswalt (born January 27, 1969) is an American stand-up comedian, writer, actor and voice actor. He played the recurring role of Billy Stanhope in Season 9 and 10. He usually played as Spencer Olchin on The King of Queens including the voice Happy on Syfy series Happy! and Principal Durbin on A.P. Bio.
