The Mooch At The Boo is the 9th episode of season 6. It aired on November 24, 2008.
Plot [ ] Charlie catches Jake checking out a hot girl who just moved in. Charlie and Jake go to meet her and formally introduce themselves to Celeste Burnett , (Tinashe Kachingwe ), who is the daughter of Charlie's new neighbor, Jerome Burnett (Michael Clarke Duncan ), a former NFL player who is nicknamed "Mad Dog". While Celeste shows Jake where the bathroom is, Chrlie asks Jerome for skybox tickets and Jerome says he'll try. Celeste and Jake leave to walk on the beach, and Jerome threatens to hurt Charlie is Jake hits on his daughter. Jerome comes to Charlie's house because the kids didn't return, but Charlie originally thought he came because it's happy hour. Jerome said Celeste left her phone at home. Charlie tries to call Jake but quickly learns Jake left his cell phone at the beach house because he is still grounded but Jake's ringtone make Charlie nervous and Jerome mad. Charlie talks to Jerome and tells him not to be so over-protective of his daughter. When they come to Jerome's house however, they find Jake and Celeste making out. Charlie takes Jake home and yells at him and Jake said they lost track of time. Jerome later hugs Charlie because he realized he overreacted and tells him that Celeste wanted to kiss Jake and gives him and Jake two tickets for an upcoming game.
Meanwhile, Charlie gives Alan his Mercedes for a fix up while he is in Beverly Hills checking on Evelyn's house as Evelyn is away on holiday, But Alan never went to Evelyn's but saw it online and considered it as checking in. At the auto shop, Alan manages to score a hot date named Diane (Bellamy Young) and takes her back to Evelyn's saying it's one of his houses and says he lives at the beach house. When Diane points out the dead plants, Alan pretends his unreliable brother was supposed to do it. Charlie calls Alan about Jake being missing, but Alan pretends its' a different situation in front of Diane while she tries seducing him. to check on while checking . When they stumble upon Evelyn's room while making out and find one of her dresses and accuses him of being married, He tries to tell the truth. Diane asks and says she's into cross dressers and Alan puts on the dress while Diane steals Alan's wallet and Charlie's car. To make matters worse, the police put Alan on hold while he is on phone talking to them. To make matters even worse, Evelyn comes back home and catches Alan wearing her dress while he waits for the police to call. Alan returns home wearing the dress while Jerome was giving Charlie tickets despite Charlie telling Alan that he better drive to Mexico and bury himself if something happened to the Mercedes. After Jerome leaves, Charlie tries to interrogate Alan about his car.
